1. The owner can live in the apartment for a maximum of 6 months a year. It is the owner who decides when to use the apartment and for how long, but the owner’s total stay in the apartment cannot exceed 6 months a year.
2. Short-term rentals on your own are prohibited in the complex.
3. The owner may rent the apartment to the complex’s reception when he or she is not using the apartment. The reception pays a fixed fee of €250 for each month and the owner does not bear any costs of maintaining the apartment: community fee, water and electricity fees. The reception keeps track of all current repairs and maintains the apartment in the condition in which it was received from the owner.
