From the very beginning of our search for a home in Tenerife, Rohit made us feel that we were in very good hands.

He took the time to really understand what we were looking for, not only in a property but also in the kind of life and surroundings we wanted after moving to Tenerife. His knowledge of the island is incredible. He gave us honest advice about different areas and neighbourhoods and, more than once, understood what would suit us better than we did ourselves. Looking back, he was absolutely right.

What we appreciated most was his honesty. Rohit never tried to simply sell us a property. He gave us his honest opinion, pointed out possible concerns and told us when he thought something was not the right choice for us. That created a lot of trust from the beginning.

Asten Realty is a professional and reliable organisation, but for us, Rohit is the person who really made the difference.

His support went far beyond finding and buying our home. During the whole process of moving to Tenerife, we could always turn to him for help. From legal matters and local authorities to all the practical things that come with buying a home and moving to another country, he was always willing to help. His local knowledge and network made many things much easier and quicker.

What could have been a stressful and overwhelming process became something we could go through with confidence.

We feel very fortunate that our paths crossed and are truly grateful for everything Rohit has done for us. He has played a special part in the start of our new life in Tenerife, and that is something we will always remember.
