Very good experience of apartment purchase in Tenerife

I would like to thank you, your colleagues and Asten Realty company for assisting us in apartment purchase in Tenerife.
The deal and all process was organized in very professional and helpful manner. Since we are foreigners in Spain it would be very difficult for us to understand the procedures of apartment purchase, to check and prepare all necessary documents, to check the apartment and to organize the deal if not your kind assistance.
We enjoyed all the process starting from viewing the apartment and including other stages: price reduction bargaining, planning of the deal, bank account opening in Spain, documents preparation and finally deal handling in notary office.
