We are still very happy with the apartment and we were lucky to have Lucinda and Asten during its purchase

First of all we didn’t know where to begin honestly. We wanted to purchase an apartment but it was not clear for us what we were looking for. We tried several agents/agencies but they were not putting a lot of energy in our demands because we were uncertain. Then we met Lucinda who understood immediately what was important for us. In not even 2 days she arranged a lot of visits for us in different areas so we’re able to choose the right one. Lucinda was very professional and very patient when we were still hesitating between 2 apartments so we could take the right decision.
I was not really comfortable with the Spanish law or Spanish. Thanks to the variety of nationalities at Asten we were assisted by different agents in our own language to finalise the contracts. Lucinda came with me at the bank to open an account, came with me to ask for my NIE number,.. Buying a property in a foreign country comes with a lot of stress but thanks to the follow up and commitment everything went smoothly! We are still very happy with the apartment and we were lucky to have Lucinda and Asten during its purchase.
