Attention to details and negotiation

We have had the pleasure of working with Rohit over the last two years both selling and buying a house. Throughout the whole process he was a pleasure to work with - we found him honest, reliable, hardworking and practical.
What really stood out for us when we were selling was that he never brought ‘window shoppers’ - everyone he brought round was interested in buying and serious, there were no timewasters, and his language skills meant he could deal with numerous nationalities.
Our purchase wasn’t an easy process (being a rustic finca on a rent to buy agreement), but Rohit’s attention to details and negotiation was first rate; we really felt that he was doing everything he could to make the process as smooth as possible.
